After receiving funding for the project earlier in the year, members of the Loretto Heritage Center stated that the effort to reframe a number of the artifacts in their collection is underway.

Located on the Loretto Motherhouse site, the Loretto Heritage Center works to preserve and catalog the over 3000 item collection of artifacts related to the history of the Sisters of Loretto and their 200 years at the current location.

Due to the change in preservation and restoration techniques over that time, the Heritage Center is currently taking a look at several artifacts in their care, working to reframe over 180 items by the end of January 2025, with 65 items designated as high priority, with the project receiving $2431.84 in funding earlier in the year from the Kentucky Historical Society.
