Hildegard House received the 26th annual Monroe E. Trout Premier Cares Award and a $100,000 cash prize from Premier Inc., a leading healthcare improvement company. This money went directly into Hildegard House’s Sustainability Fund to ensure care for future residents. Hildegard House was recognized for providing a creative solution for health status improvement, impact on a vulnerable population and a program that can be replicated in other communities.
