Loretto Living Center – A Loretto Treasure!

For where your treasure is, Jesus said, there will your heart be also.

Matthew 6:1-21

Loretto Living Center is Loretto’s treasure and holds our hearts in every corner of its building. It is where our heart belongs because it is holy ground. It is a sacred place that holds the memory of all who live there or who have lived there and the welcome of all who will come. Our Sisters and friends who have lived and died there reveal to us all the presence of God and the peace God’s presence brings.

The Living Center – the administration, staff and residents – all love the place without limits. The values that underlie the service of every employee give stability to the work of life-saving love that makes it all holy ground. God is present in that place and people know that when they come, even on the days that are ordinary and routine.

No resident walks alone at the Living Center. It is a community of staff, housekeeping, maintenance and administration who provide a home and a place of healing and growth. It is holy ground.
